If you are looking for a cost-effective route to discover whether your home extension or commercial project would be seen favourably by the Council, then Pre-application Advice may be the way forward.
We can put together a brief supporting document and site plan explaining approximately what your proposal is to the Planning Department. They will then charge a fee for submission in some cases, and come back to us with their informal opinion as to whether they could support it, and if any issues need addressing beforehand.
Having this information available before creating a more detailed design, espcially for commerical projects, can prove vital in making the planning process as smooth as possible.
Here at Extension Drawings, we can take care of this stage on your behalf, and then proceed to Full Planning submission if you require it.
