Based within Warwickshire, our clients required an open plan Kitchen / Dining area and a Utility with downstairs WC. We achieved this through Permitted Development Rights with both a rear and side extension. The pitched roof with skylights and bi-fold doors bring lots of light into the large room and the design has transformed their day to day living.
