Located within Sutton Coldfield, our client required a large Outbuilding suitable for a Home Gym, Cinema Room and Garden Storage. This was completed under Permitted Development Rights with a Lawful Development Certificate obtained from the Council by us to confirm the Planning Department are happy. The Outbuilding was built to a high standard with silver oak composite cladding and a large overhang for shading.
