Basin in Lichfield, our clients required a self-contained annexe within their daughter’s garden, so that they could live in it partially throughout the year, whilst also having a home abroad. It also future proofs their care being close to family as they get older. The design is generously sized comprising open plan living / kitchen / dining and separate bedroom, study room, utility and bathroom.
